Our California Modern menu is a conversation about the lifestyle, ingredients and sense of place that is San Diego. We source locally grown or harvested products whenever possible, using them in creative, seasonally driven preparations that surprise and delight. Our menu structure allows for a la carte ordering, but our emphasis is on tasting menus that enable our guests to experience the restaurant in a formal yet fun way, and explore more of the flavorful fare created by Chef Foshee and his team.
