Craft at the Cove
Craft at the Cove is a monthly event at Level2 that celebrates the creativity and craftsmanship of mixology in San Diego. Each month, Craft at the Cove pairs a renowned mixologist with a featured spirit. The mixologist is invited to come behind the bar at Level2 and challenged to prepare a menu of one-night-only cocktails that incorporate the featured spirit as an ingredient. The mixologists interact and engage with patrons and take inspiration from Level2's proximity to the ocean, creating a unique and memorable series and giving a much-needed home in La Jolla to craft cocktail enthusiasts. The events are free and open to the public, with cocktails, food, beer and wine available for purchase.
Next Craft at the Cove: Monday, May 8, 2017
