Undernav

Pure, intensified flavors don’t just happen on the plate.

DrinksLike our menu, we think it’s important what you drink also be approached with a certain sensibility, whether it’s pairing an interesting wine with your meal or introducing you to a seasonally-driven cocktail that was inspired by what’s going on in the kitchen.

That’s why our wine list is open to cultural influences from all corners of civilization, not just California (though we have a lot of home-grown favorites). We don’t think enjoying a nice bottle of wine with dinner should have to cost a lot, so we offer thirty4forty, an assortment of 30 excellent and unique wines for $40. You’ll find familiar favorites on this list, like chardonnay, pinot noir and cabernet sauvignon, and you’ll also find some not-so-familiar but very cool varietals like albarino, falanghina, grenache and tempranillo.

We utilize fruits and vegetables, herbs and spices, and fine spirits when we create our seasonal cocktails, like the very popular “Bee Sting” made with kumquats, honey, ginger and lemongrass. These drinks taste flavorful, but they’re also visually appealing libations. And best of all they can be made with or without alcohol without losing any of their invention.
