One of the unique things about George’s at the Cove is that you’ll find a bar on each level of the restaurant, from the Modern Bar on the lower level to the rooftop Ocean Terrace Bar to George’s Bar in the middle.
With panoramic views of La Jolla Cove, George’s Bar has balcony and indoor seating with the same casual bistro menu as the Ocean Terrace. It’s the only bar with televisions, so if you want to watch a game and savor some fish tacos and a local beer, this is your spot. And no matter what libation you’re after, you’re likely to find it here.
- We offer a selection of house-infused vodkas, including strawberry, pepper, vanilla bean, orange and ruby red grapefruit.
- We hand squeeze fresh lemons and limes for all our popular margaritas, including the Ultimate made with Don Julio Anejo on the rocks with a salt rim and topped with a float of Grand Marnier.
- We’ve created a selection of skinny cocktails like the Berry Blast made with muddled strawberries, blueberries and raspberries combined with Bacardi Rum (less than 120 calories).
