Elizabeth joined Trey’s team in 2003, working her way up to sous chef where she controls the complex flow of cuisine in the California Modern kitchen, from the cooks’ fingertips to the guests’ plates.

Finding personal inspiration from traveling abroad and within the US, experimenting with fresh and exotic ingredients, and studying cookbooks, Elizabeth believes that greatness starts at the top. She credits George’s business philosophies, along with Trey’s talent and experience, with her drive to challenge convention while still doing the right things. Elizabeth is currently finishing her Master’s Degree in Culinary Arts Management from Cornell University.
