On Monday, March 12 we're excited to welcome Guest Chef Chris Osborne behind the bar for a special culinary focused take on our monthly Craft at the Cove guest bartender series.

Osborn, formerly of George’s at the Cove and Counterpoint, took over as chef de cuisine of downtown San Diego's popular Italian eatery BIGA late last year. He'll be joining our Head Bartender/Spirits Director Stephen Kurpinsky and Level2's talented team of mixologists for a foodie take on cocktails this month.

"I'm excited for Chris to join us," said Kurpinsky. "We'll be foraging beforehand to source ingredients in the local area to incorporate into our cocktails for the evening, as well as utilizing produce from Chino Farms. Each cocktail will highlight culinary techniques and fresh local flavors." Join us beginning at 5:30pm to see what happens.
