TBL3 ("Table Three") is a 12-14 course tasting experience where you put yourselves in the chef's hands for the evening. Named for the most desirable table at California Modern where your meal will take place, perfectly situated to take in San Diego's most inspiring and iconic ocean view.

Your culinary journey is driven by market freshness and chef's whim. There are no choices and no substitutions, just Chef Trey Foshee and his team using all of their skills and creativity to bring you an experience that could not happen anywhere else – a playful, spontaneous encapsulation of time and place.

Make TBL3 Reservations

Available for parties of 2 - 6 guests, Tuesday through Saturday evenings. Seven-day advance notice required. Reservations are non-cancellable. $190 per person for 12-to-14 courses, $300 with beverage pairings, plus tax and gratuity.
