Celebrate Thanksgiving at George's

We're planning a special menu at California Modern this Thanksgiving and you're invited.

We’ll be offering a 3-course dinner featuring creative modern updates to the traditional Thanksgiving favorites, including roasted Chino Farms sweet potato, seared Hudson Valley foie gras, free range Diestel turkey breast, red wine braised beef cheeks, Chino Farms vegetable pot pie, almond shortcake and our toasted oat ice cream with caramelized white chocolate crémeux, coffee-milk foam and caramel. And as always, vegetarian and vegan options happily prepared upon request.
